Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery location and order size.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.


Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided that:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is included.

Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA). Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund as appropriate.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. NUTRACENTER is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
